Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. As you use the platform, we also collect and store:

• API keys you provide (encrypted at rest) for third-party AI model providers
• Employee configurations, task history, run outputs, and chat logs you create
• Usage data such as task counts, feature interactions, cost estimates, and session activity
• Payment and billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan (processed by a third-party payment provider — we do not store your card details)

• To operate and maintain your account, employees, and swarm runs
• To route requests to AI model providers using the API keys you supply
• To calculate usage limits, cost tracking, and budget enforcement
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• To send transactional and onboarding emails related to your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To display anonymized analytics and session data for improving the user experience

UnboundCompute allows you to connect external third-party services (such as email, file storage, messaging, CRM, and productivity tools) to your account. When you choose to connect an integration:

• You will be redirected to the third-party service to authorize access through their own consent process
• We store the access tokens and refresh tokens returned by these services, encrypted at rest, solely to execute actions on your behalf through your AI employees
• Your employees may read, search, create, or send data through these connected services as part of completing tasks you assign
• We do not access your connected accounts for any purpose other than executing employee tasks you initiate
• You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings, which immediately revokes our access

By connecting a third-party service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. UnboundCompute is not responsible for how third-party services handle your data on their end. We encourage you to review each service's policies before connecting.

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including but not limited to hosting, database storage, AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We use cookies for authentication sessions. We also use analytics and session replay tools to understand how users interact with the platform and to improve the experience. These tools may set their own cookies. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.

API keys and integration tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a third-party integration, we delete the stored tokens for that service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at riyandhiman14@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data
• Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
• Withdraw consent for analytics tracking

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
