Terms of Service

UnboundCompute is currently in beta. The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or feature stability during the beta period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys you provide. UnboundCompute stores your API keys encrypted at rest and uses them solely to route requests to the AI providers you configure. We are not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party API accounts.

UnboundCompute allows you to connect third-party services (such as email, file storage, messaging, CRM, and productivity tools) to enhance your AI employees' capabilities. By connecting a third-party service:

• You authorize UnboundCompute to access and interact with that service on your behalf, as needed to carry out employee tasks you initiate
• You acknowledge that you have independently reviewed and accepted the third-party service's own terms of service and privacy policy before connecting
• You understand that actions taken by your AI employees through connected services (such as sending emails, creating records, or reading data) are initiated by you and carried out on your behalf
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of connected services through UnboundCompute complies with those services' policies

UnboundCompute is not responsible for any consequences arising from actions your employees take through connected third-party services, including but not limited to messages sent, data created or modified, or any violations of the third-party service's policies. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Generate content that violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers or connected third-party services
• Use connected integrations to send spam, harvest data, or perform any automated activity that violates the connected service's terms
• Share your account with others or create multiple free accounts

Free and trial accounts are subject to daily task limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive usage patterns. Paid tiers are subject to the limits described at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the payment provider's terms. Subscription details, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details directly.

You retain ownership of the content you create through the platform (agent configurations, task outputs, etc.). We do not claim rights over your content. The UnboundCompute platform, brand, and code remain our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnboundCompute and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Costs incurred from third-party API usage or connected service activity
• Actions taken by AI employees through connected integrations
• Data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate employee outputs
• Any consequences arising from the use of third-party services connected to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all connected integrations will be disconnected and stored tokens will be deleted. You may delete your account at any time by contacting riyandhiman14@gmail.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
